Shane is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding successful businesses, including the market research company Business Source Solutions and the technology recruiting firm QStride. His entrepreneurial ventures also include Neway Creative and Pathway Staffing. Dedicated to social impact, he launched Neway Works, a non-profit aimed at mentoring at-risk youth. Recognized for his contributions to business and the community, Shane has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Detroit's Top 100 Leaders & Innovators.

Shane is a passionate entrepreneur and local community and business leader. At the age of 21, Shane founded his first venture as an entrepreneur, Business Source Solutions, a market research company that provided intelligence on companies used for marketing purposes.
Recent start-up QStride, Inc., a technology recruiting company and solutions provider that he founded out of a Panera Bread in Troy, MI April 2012, scaling to 7 figures via a self-funded model and successful selling in 2019 and exiting in 2020, was recognized as a top 100 Rising Startup by Techweek in 2017, a technology conference named one of the “Top 30 Conferences for Entrepreneurs” by Inc.com. City of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan proclaimed QStride as an emerging growth technology company May 5, 2016.
In 2020, Shane launched COVID-19 born start-up Neway Creative, a coworking community space that fuels entrepreneurship, Pathway Staffing, and Neway Works, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing at-risk youth mentoring and development services.
One of Shane's goals is to try to positively impact the community through several philanthropy activities, which he refers to as being of significance and "whole life success." He passionately believes that we all can make a difference to our society by living purposefully.

Brian is a founding partner of Lippitt O’Keefe, PLLC, with over 25 years of legal expertise in business and corporate law, sophisticated real estate transactions, and personal planning. He has served as a leading advocate in significant cases, such as the City of Detroit bankruptcy hearings, and his career includes handling legal transactions valued at over $1 billion. Brian's professional impact is further distinguished by his highest AV ranking from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and his role as outside general counsel to Realcomp II Ltd.

Brian is a founding partner of Lippitt O’Keefe, PLLC, along with Norman L. Lippitt. He supervises the firm’s transactional, real estate, business, and personal planning departments. During his more than 25 years as an attorney, Brian has represented local, regional, and national entities in general business and corporate matters, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and dissolutions. He’s represented lenders, borrowers, and developers in sophisticated real estate transactions. In addition, he represents individuals and entities in business and personal planning matters. Brian has focused his practice on recent years in the areas of venture capital financing where, among other things, he has represented both private equity funding sources and individuals and entities receiving angel and venture capital. Recently, Brian was a leading advocate for the retiree associations in the City of Detroit bankruptcy hearings.
Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in June 1981, graduating cum laude. He then attended Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., where he achieved the degree of juris doctor in May 1986.
His professional memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has also sat on the Board of Directors of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization of Michigan and the Manresa Retreat House. Brian has been distinguished with the highest ranking of AV by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Finally, Brian is outside general counsel to Realcomp II Ltd, the largest real estate multi-listing service in the State of Michigan. Over the course of his career, Brian has been legal counsel in transactions with a cumulative value of more than $1 billion.

Mr. Boone's military journey commenced in July 2004 when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, embarking on an 11-year career that showcased his exceptional leadership skills. Throughout his service, he not only demonstrated unwavering dedication but also oversaw six international operations and twelve domestic training exercises, showcasing his ability to navigate complex and challenging situations with precision.
His multifaceted role in the Marine Corps included serving as a recruiter and infantry, highlighting his versatility and adaptability. His commitment to the Corps extended until December 2015, where he left an indelible mark on the organization through his outstanding contributions.
Transitioning from the military, Jonathon Boone seamlessly integrated his skills into the business world, where he demonstrated a keen acumen for business services. In Southeast Michigan, he served as a Business Development Manager at Banza, contributing to the growth and success of the organization through strategic marketing operations.
Following this, Mr. Boone played a pivotal role as an underwriter for United Wholesale Mortgage, where his financial acumen and attention to detail were instrumental in evaluating and assessing financial risks. His diverse experiences and expertise positioned him as an asset in the dynamic world of finance.
Currently, Jonathon Boone serves as a Financial Advisor at JP Morgan Wealth Management, where he applies his unique skill set to assess individual needs and provide strategic advising on various investment products.
