Champion and thought leader in DEIB - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging with particular focus on recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. Skills in strategic planning, operations, meeting & exceeding goals, talent development, franchising, and finance. She is known for transforming growth and operations excellence. He is killed in cultivating teams and fostering adaptability to anticipate and navigate market dynamics. Chaired initiatives resulting in a 4.8% YoY growth in US system sales from $9.762B in 2019 to $10.231B in 2020, further increasing to $12.285B in 2023 for The Wendy’s Company. Optimized operational efficiencies leading to a 6.5% increase in US Adj. EBITDA from $393.4M in 2020 to $528.3M in 2023 for Wendy’s Company. Hassan F. Abdallah

Hassan F. Abdallah, J.D., CHC, CPCM Head of Healthcare Compliance at MCRA Hassan F. Abdallah is a highly accomplished healthcare compliance executive with extensive experience in the regulatory landscape and healthcare transactions. As the Head of Healthcare Compliance at MCRA, he serves as the organization's chief subject matter expert on healthcare compliance and ethics, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of compliance and regulatory issues. Before joining MCRA, Hassan held several leadership roles, including Head of Compliance & Special Investigations at Oscar Health, a publicly traded Health-Tech Insurance Plan operating across 30 states. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Health Alliance Plan of Henry Ford Health System, Michigan’s largest healthcare system. In these roles, Hassan led significant compliance program developments, audit representations, and regulatory strategies for multimillion-dollar healthcare transactions. His leadership was instrumental in mitigating fraud, waste, and abuse, earning him recognition as one of the youngest executive compliance leaders in the industry. Hassan’s expertise extends beyond the private sector. In February 2024, he was appointed to the Michigan Board of Medicine by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, overseeing the state's largest professional board for the licensing and disciplinary oversight of healthcare professionals. Hassan and his wife, Samar, have two daughters, Ayah and Layla. A Dearborn native, he is a huge advocate for men's mental health, financial literacy education for youth, and is a founding member of the SAFE Substance Abuse Program.
