Shane Gianino

Shane is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding successful businesses, including the market research company Business Source Solutions and the technology recruiting firm QStride. His entrepreneurial ventures also include Neway Creative and Pathway Staffing. Dedicated to social impact, he launched Neway Works, a non-profit aimed at mentoring at-risk youth. Recognized for his contributions to business and the community, Shane has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Detroit's Top 100 Leaders & Innovators.

Shane is a passionate entrepreneur and local community and business leader. At the age of 21, Shane founded his first venture as an entrepreneur, Business Source Solutions, a market research company that provided intelligence on companies used for marketing purposes.

Recent start-up QStride, Inc., a technology recruiting company and solutions provider that he founded out of a Panera Bread in Troy, MI April 2012, scaling to 7 figures via a self-funded model and successful selling in 2019 and exiting in 2020, was recognized as a top 100 Rising Startup by Techweek in 2017, a technology conference named one of the “Top 30 Conferences for Entrepreneurs” by Inc.com. City of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan proclaimed QStride as an emerging growth technology company May 5, 2016.

In 2020, Shane launched COVID-19 born start-up Neway Creative, a coworking community space that fuels entrepreneurship, Pathway Staffing, and Neway Works, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing at-risk youth mentoring and development services.

Kristin is the Branch Manager at Flagstar corporate office in Troy, MI. She is a driven professional with over a decade of experience in retail banking. Achieving excellence in her career is a paramount objective for Ms. Shaoni. She adopts a strategic mindset in all decision-making processes and interactions with customers to ensure optimal outcomes. Her demeanor is consistently professional both within and beyond the workplace. Upholding company values and maintaining integrity are principles she holds in the highest regard. Ms. Shaoni consistently strives to be an invaluable asset to her employer by surpassing job requirements and continually enhancing her personal growth and the community by serving causes close to her heart.

Jonathon Boone is a is a distinguished veteran and financial advisor with a profound commitment to service and leadership. His career spans over a decade in the United States Marine Corps, where he led international operations and domestic training exercises, and extends into the business sector, where he has excelled in roles ranging from business development to financial advising. Currently, he applies his vast experience and skills at JP Morgan Wealth Management, helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic advice.

Born and raised in the United States, Mr. Boone's journey has been shaped by his dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps and his subsequent ventures in the business world.

Mr. Boone's military journey commenced in July 2004 when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, embarking on an 11-year career that showcased his exceptional leadership skills. Throughout his service, he not only demonstrated unwavering dedication but also oversaw six international operations and twelve domestic training exercises, showcasing his ability to navigate complex and challenging situations with precision.

His multifaceted role in the Marine Corps included serving as a recruiter and infantry, highlighting his versatility and adaptability. His commitment to the Corps extended until December 2015, where he left an indelible mark on the organization through his outstanding contributions.

Transitioning from the military, Jonathon Boone seamlessly integrated his skills into the business world, where he demonstrated a keen acumen for business services. In Southeast Michigan, he served as a Business Development Manager at Banza, contributing to the growth and success of the organization through strategic marketing operations.

Following this, Mr. Boone played a pivotal role as an underwriter for United Wholesale Mortgage, where his financial acumen and attention to detail were instrumental in evaluating and assessing financial risks. His diverse experiences and expertise positioned him as an asset in the dynamic world of finance.

Currently, Jonathon Boone serves as a Financial Advisor at JP Morgan Wealth Management, where he applies his unique skill set to assess individual needs and provide strategic advising on various investment products. His role involves not only understanding the financial landscape but also cultivating strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate their financial goals and aspirations.

Victoria Guster-Hines is an experienced Senior Executive Officer directing up to $2.4B in revenue. Strategic planning, effective execution, talent development, and financial acumen. Proven collaborator and influencer with executive peer set and cross function leaders to optimize business performance and market dominance. Champion and thought leader in DEIB - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging with particular focus on recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. Skills in strategic planning, operations, meeting & exceeding goals, talent development, franchising, and finance. She is known for transforming growth and operations excellence. Ranked consistently in the top 2 of 22 Vice Presidents throughout the organization year over year. He is killed in cultivating teams and fostering adaptability to anticipate and navigate market dynamics. Chaired initiatives resulting in a 4.8% YoY growth in US system sales from $9.762B in 2019 to $10.231B in 2020, further increasing to $12.285B in 2023 for The Wendy’s Company. Optimized operational efficiencies leading to a 6.5% increase in US Adj. EBITDA from $393.4M in 2020 to $528.3M in 2023 for Wendy’s Company. Hassan F. Abdallah, J.D., CHC, CPCM Head of Healthcare Compliance at MCRA Hassan F. Abdallah is a highly accomplished healthcare compliance executive with extensive experience in the regulatory landscape and healthcare transactions. As the Head of Healthcare Compliance at MCRA, he serves as the organization's chief subject matter expert on healthcare compliance and ethics, providing strategic guidance on a wide range of compliance and regulatory issues. Before joining MCRA, Hassan held several leadership roles, including Head of Compliance & Special Investigations at Oscar Health, a publicly traded Health-Tech Insurance Plan operating across 30 states. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Health Alliance Plan of Henry Ford Health System, Michigan’s largest healthcare system. In these roles, Hassan led significant compliance program developments, audit representations, and regulatory strategies for multimillion-dollar healthcare transactions. His leadership was instrumental in mitigating fraud, waste, and abuse, earning him recognition as one of the youngest executive compliance leaders in the industry. Hassan’s expertise extends beyond the private sector. In February 2024, he was appointed to the Michigan Board of Medicine by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, overseeing the state's largest professional board for the licensing and disciplinary oversight of healthcare professionals. Hassan and his wife, Samar, have two daughters, Ayah and Layla.
