Shane is an accomplished entrepreneur with a track record of founding successful businesses, including the market research company Business Source Solutions and the technology recruiting firm QStride. His entrepreneurial ventures also include Neway Creative and Pathway Staffing. Dedicated to social impact, he launched Neway Works, a non-profit aimed at mentoring at-risk youth. Recognized for his contributions to business and the community, Shane has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Detroit's Top 100 Leaders & Innovators.

Shane is a passionate entrepreneur and local community and business leader. At the age of 21, Shane founded his first venture as an entrepreneur, Business Source Solutions, a market research company that provided intelligence on companies used for marketing purposes.
Recent start-up QStride, Inc., a technology recruiting company and solutions provider that he founded out of a Panera Bread in Troy, MI April 2012, scaling to 7 figures via a self-funded model and successful selling in 2019 and exiting in 2020, was recognized as a top 100 Rising Startup by Techweek in 2017, a technology conference named one of the “Top 30 Conferences for Entrepreneurs” by Inc.com. City of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan proclaimed QStride as an emerging growth technology company May 5, 2016.
In 2020, Shane launched COVID-19 born start-up Neway Creative, a coworking community space that fuels entrepreneurship, Pathway Staffing, and Neway Works, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing at-risk youth mentoring and development services.
One of Shane's goals is to try to positively impact the community through several philanthropy activities, which he refers to as being of significance and "whole life success." He passionately believes that we all can make a difference to our society by living purposefully.

Skills in strategic planning, operations, meeting & exceeding goals, talent development, franchising, and finance. She is known for transforming growth and operations excellence. Ranked consistently in the top 2 of 22 Vice Presidents throughout the organization year over year. She also sat on five McDonald’s co-ops in Texas and Louisiana and is currently sitting on the Board of Directors for Bridge Communities. Victoria has been widely recognized within multiple corporations as well as D-MARS Top 30 Most Influential Women of Houston, 2016 Empower Magazine, and most recently, Who’s Who in Black Houston & Atlanta as a “Game Changer & Role Model” for African American Achievement.

Jonathan C. Kinloch is serving his third term as Wayne County Commissioner for District 2, representing more than 116,000 residents across Detroit’s Central Westside, Midtown, Downtown, and beyond. As Chair of the influential Ways and Means Committee and a leader on criminal justice and behavioral health issues, he is known for advancing policies that promote fair housing, mental health access, transportation, and economic opportunity. Kinloch also serves as President of the Wayne County Housing Commission, Vice Chair of the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, and Chair of the Detroit/Wayne County Port Authority. His leadership extends nationally through the National Association of Counties and locally as Chair of the 13th Congressional District Democratic Party and Vice Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party. Widely respected for his principled stand during the 2020 election certification and his lasting reforms on the Detroit Board of Education, Kinloch brings a proven record of integrity and impact. Beyond public office, he leads The Kinloch Group, Inc., and remains deeply rooted in his faith and community service. Commissioner Kinloch previously served as the Southeast Michigan Community Liaison to Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

He currently serves as Chief Financial and Analytical Officer at American Rheumatology Network, where he leads financial operations, data-driven planning, and performance analytics. Throughout his career, Travis has held leadership roles across healthcare, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading high-performing teams, and driving strong financial results. He has deep expertise in data-driven decision making, operational strategy, and performance improvement, partnering with organizational leaders to enhance outcomes. Travis holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Toledo. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Travis is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Since 2017, he has trained with Coach2Create and completed advanced courses in communication, leadership, and personal growth through Landmark Worldwide—experiences that have shaped his dedication to developing others and building empowered, cohesive teams. Based in Birmingham, MI, Travis enjoys time with his wife and four children—and you might also catch him on the golf course.
